Abstract:
Hebei's industrial structural optimization and upgrade is for the development of the entire province and it also serves as an important part of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei integration. It needs to consider various things, such as history, geography, science and technology, growth, links, space, and the international situation. It should also focus on demand, improved quality, environment and opening to the world. The government needs to adjust its industrial structure and layout, turn its scale advantages into market ones, develop modern agriculture and services, speed up green industry development, promote industrial linkages, increase its private economy and small and medium-sized enterprises, increase cooperation with Beijing and Tianjin, and promote a good development environment for greater opening up and reforms of State-owned enterprises, with a mid-long-term strategy with policy support from the central government.
