Abstract: Bolstered by creative industry, Britain had successfully undergone economic transformation since 1997. In 2018, Britain made it clear that creative industry would still function as the pillar for boosting economic growth and international competition in the Brexit era. Combined with digital economy, creative industry will continue shouldering the responsibility as a growth driver. A clear and efficient strategic system has been formed for the integrated development of creative industry and digital economy in the country, in which the third-party organizations play an important role in the operation of creative industry. This efficient mechanism featured by close cooperation between government, enterprises and third-party organizations for advancing industrial development is worth high attention. In order to grasp the industrial and technological trends and issues in a swift, precise and far-sighted manner, the British government needs to keep wide, close and flexible contact with the business sector. Like a universal joint bearing, the third-party organizations are embedded into the industrial operation and management in the country. In light of drawing on some experience from this model, it is suggested that China further advance reform, enable the third-party organizations to play a due role in industrial operation, enhance the training of key professionals with innovation ability in the industry, strengthen intellectual property protection of cyber space, and provide creative support to foreign trade.
