The city of Nantong, Jiangsu province, received a group of delegates from Shanghai led by Shu Rongbin, general manager and Party secretary of the Waigaoqiao Group and member of the administrative committee of the Shanghai comprehensive bonded area, on May 27. The delegation was there to seek further cooperation in Nantong.
On hand to greet the guests was Zhang Guohua, mayor of Nantong, Jiangsu province, who introduced the construction and expectations of the Nantong bonded area. Zhang and other officials depicted a win-win situation and reached an agreement on cooperation with Shanghai Waigaoqiao Comprehensive Bonded Area with Shu, who values the city's resources, location and transportation and proposed some suggestions towards construction.
