When the Jiangsu Real Estate Association recently issued the 2020 Jiangsu Real Estate Development Industry Integrity Enterprise List, the Weifu Group's subsidiary investment corporations -- Weifu Construction Co Ltd – and its other unit, Weifu Tianpeng Co Ltd, were both selected on the list.

Over the last few years, Weifu Construction has accumulated a great deal of experience in real-estate construction and realty management.

From 2004 to 2015, it became the lead contractor for housing resettlement in the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area, or NETDA -- located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province. Then in 2018, the group participated in the construction of affordable housing in Nantong.

Weifu Group was established in 1993 and its two development companies -- Weifu Construction and Weifu Tianpeng – hold Grade I qualifications for real estate development and figure among the top 50 real estate enterprises in Jiangsu province. Weifu Construction has been listed among the top 100 real estate companies in China for many years.

The group has adhered to an oath of professionalism for almost 30 years, following the tenet of remaining true to the enterprise spirit of "unity, pragmatism, integrity and efficiency". It also aims to be "the leader of people's real-estate livelihoods" and to be "the pioneer of quality life".

The company says it is good at what it makes and respects the river and sea with "quality".

Weifu has to date developed more than 10 million square meters of projects, covering a variety of areas including residential housing and commercial blocks.
