Cold wave sweeps Jilin province with snow

Changchun, the capital city of Jilin province was hit by heavy snow with its temperature dropping by up to 10 C.
The Jilin Meteorological Center forecast that the cold wave would hit most parts of the province in the next 24 hours with heavy snow and blizzards in some areas.
