Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Panamanian Minister of Commerce and Industry Augusto Arosemena and his delegation in Beijing on June 12.

Li introduced the functions and work contents of DRC, the progress in advancing Belt and Road Initiative, and the Silk Road Think Tank Network (SiLKS). The two sides also exchanged views on Panama's participation in the Belt and Road Initiative and the strengthening of bilateral ties.
