Huge waves batter the sea coast in Qingdao, a port city in East China's Shandong Province as typhoon Wipha moved northwards on September 19, 2007, packing heavy rainstorms and gale force winds. Wipha, which made landfall in Zhejiang province on Wednesday morning, killed nine and left three missing after sweeping across eastern China. [newsphoto] |
