Dong Tang Headquarters Base is located in the center of Dong Tang, east of Jinkang Road, south of East Jinjiang Hotel, west of Yanggao South Road and north of Huamu Road. It covers about 5.34 hectares of land and has 445,000 square meters of overall construction. The highest building reaches 90 meters. The base will be completed between 2013 and 2014.

Construction began in 2008 with a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan ($412.20 million). It consists of five office buildings that can satisfy the requirements of international institutions and multinationals, as well as a supporting commercial center.

Among the five office buildings, the highest is 41 stories and 190 meters high. Another two have 28 floors and are 130 meters high. The last two are 17 stories and 80 meters high. The commercial center has five floors and is 24 meters high. Two of the buildings will be completed by the first quarter of 2013 and the other three are expected to finish by the end of 2014.
