1. Ticket-booking sheet for the 6th East Asian Games (hereinafter referred to as ticket-booking sheet) is only valid for individual to purchase the tickets, dated from August 15 to 31 2013. Please read this guide carefully and fill in the ticket-booking sheet correctly. Ticket-booking sheet can be submitted via both Internet and postal mail. Please visit the official website of the 6th East Asian Games (http://www.tjpiao.com), go to ticketing section to submit ticket-booking sheet. Application will directly be filed in our ticket booking system.
2. Application for ticket booking is not revocable. If the applicant intends to modify the item in the ticket-booking sheet, please visit the official website (http://www.tjpiao.com) or call 86 (22) 23820719 for customer service of Ticket Center.
However, only such information as contact number, email address and the place where you plan to pick up tickets is modifiable. When applying for a modification, you are required to provide detailed information in the ticket-booking sheet, including the type of ID card and ID number. Once verified, your information will be updated accordingly.
3. An E-mail and text message will be sent to the applicant as confirmation (E-mail preferable for oversea applicants) upon receipt of the payment.
4. Please mark the place for collecting your ticket, otherwise the ticket booking sheet will be regarded as invalid.
Instructions for payment:
1. As for ticket booking, A full amount of the ticket is payable to the applicant in order to secure their tickets. Ticket Center accepts following methods of payment, including Visa Cards, Unionpay Cards and Cash remittance. Please mark the method of payment box in your ticket booking sheet and make the payment at your earliest convenience. Please be advised that online payment may be restricted to Bank credit limit (varying from bank to bank). If not, please make the remittance within three days after submission of ticket booking sheet. Otherwise, the ticket booking sheet will be regarded as invalid.
2. Upon receipt of the payment, ticket center shall verify that whether the method of payment and applicant's payment information provided in the ticket booking sheet is consistent with the payer's information, determining whether the ticket is successfully booked.
3. As tickets are officially on sale, reserved tickets will soon be collectable at the places which are chosen by the applicants.
