Information releases will be one of the highlights of CHTF 2013, which is to open soon. This year, the CHTF Organizing Committee has decided to arrange more releases than last year, inviting participation of not only exhibitors but also non exhibitors to create a new shining point of the CHTF.

Last year, the CHTF started with information releases in order to use the CHTF brand to build a platform for exhibitors and non exhibitors to release information and products for the purpose of integration, connection and optimization of factors necessary for innovation such as technology, capital, information, human resources, and markets. As a value-added service of the CHTF, a special area is assigned for releasing new technologies and products. Participants can use this place to promote proprietary research results such as new products and technologies, new national or regional technical policies, and industrial statistics. It is one more effective measure that the CHTF provides benefits for the exhibitors.

In 2012, information releases first appeared at the CHTF, which was enthusiastically responded by companies and institutes. During the two days, 14 releases of new technologies and products were held. The Ministry of Agriculture, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lenovo and a number of companies had acquired expected added values by announcing their latest technologies and products. Foreign exhibitors had proved their acceptance of the release by active participation. This year, the New Zealand delegation even has confirmed their appearance very early at the releases.
