(V) We have further improved the supporting services, creating a more business-friendly environment for the participating enterprises.

The 12th CAEXPO has adopted effective measures to administrate the exhibition sites and upgraded its hard/software. For example, last year, we implemented the Duel Certificate On-site Exhibition Administration Measures at the commodity trade pavilions of Lao PDR and Myanmar for the very first time, and this year, the Measures are introduced to other two countries, i.e. Cambodia and Vietnam. To be more specific, only the exhibiting enterprises from above-mentioned four ASEAN countries present both qualification certificate issued by the ministry of commerce/industry and trade of their own country and the Booth Confirmation issued by the CAEXPO Secretariat, can they exhibit their products at the CAEXPO, so as to help us ensure the quality of the exhibits and the qualification of the enterprises.

Meanwhile, we have intensified our efforts in the on-site law enforcement. The press, publication, radio, film and television administration joins the Joint Law Enforcement Team for the first time, to handle violations relating to copyright infringement. We have invested more efforts in preventing and controlling the sales of the products not for the purpose of exhibiting, to ensure the sound order of the exhibition. We have used the internet and GPS to help the enterprises trace the delivery of their exhibits for the very time. We have opened special channels for the VIPs to go through security check, and set aside a special area for the security check of bulky suitcases, providing more conveniences for the participating enterprises. The on-line pass-issuing service for vehicles is introduced in trial for the very first time, realizing the digitalized management of all kinds of passes.

In addition, we have further improved supporting services in catering, exhibition cleaning, hotel reception, charter flights, pick-up services, currency exchanges, language and volunteers, to ensure that the participants enjoy more comfortable, convenient and safe business environment.

III. The 13th CAEXPO adopts new measures to play a more important role in the exchanges and cooperation of the industrial and commercial community

Apart from the existing high-end dialogues and business promotion programs, the 13th CABIS has adopted new measures to better serve as an important mechanism for the exchanges and cooperation among the businesses between China and ASEAN. A series of influential programs have been arranged during the summit. For example, the China-ASEAN Business Leaders Forum was held at the studio of television station in the form of talk show, where participants exchanged their views on connectivity, capacity cooperation, industrial park cooperation, trade and logistics.
