More robot companies join E-town
Ten high-tech enterprises in Beijing Municipality signed contracts to settle in Yizhuang Intelligent Robot Park, inside Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, or E-Town, at the World Robot Conference 2015, Nov 23 -25.
The park is funded by Beiren Group, a manufacturer of printing machinery and a top company funded by the national government.
Beiren, with its resources and experience in industrial manufacturing, is carrying out an innovation-driven strategy based on digital printing, intelligent manufacturing, and building specialized science parks. Based on the group’s factories and research facilities, the park is distinguished in Chinese robotics and striving to become a key player in intelligent robots.
The park is attracting more robotics companies with its cutting edge technologies and all-round services for its members. Zhang Peiwu, chairman of the group, said the park will commit itself to providing fundamental services for all intelligent robot entrepreneurs.
