Mobile E-Town Innovation Center near completion
Work on the main structure of Mobile E-Town Innovation Center was completed on Nov 28, according to etowncapital.com.
Located in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, Mobile E-Town Innovation Center covers an area of 126,800 square meters. The center will include 13 office buildings, two residential buildings, one conference center, and one hotel.
With E-Town Capital as the sole investor, the center will be vital to the company’s strategic layout and will facilitate the development and management of technology platforms.
It uses scientific park design ideas from China, while giving attention to the human aspects in R&D, office space, and business. It also provides convention and exhibition services and plans to become an international park that combines commerce, R&D, accommodation and catering for a high-tech life.
Work on the innovation center project began in 2012 and was carried out in three phases. The innovation center opened on May 10, 2016, marking the completion of the first phase of construction. Work on the second phase of construction started in December 2013 and is near completion. The third phase started in November 2015.
