NAURA marks progress in IC equipment

The 100th piece of AlN PVD equipment produced by NAURA was successfully delivered on April 23, marking a major breakthrough in China’s high-end equipment industry, according to local media.
IC chips are said to be the "heart" of the electronic information industry. The IC equipment industry manufactures these central components, and is considered to be on the cutting edge of science.
