1. Short Message Subscription Service for Daily Flight Info:
Type the IATA code and flight number you are interested in into your mobile phone (made up of English letters and numbers, for example, China Eastern flight 583 should input MU 583) and send it to 021-23330999. The subscription message will cost 0.1 yuan per message.
2. Booking Pudong Airport Preferential Service
Pudong Airport Preferential Service booking is a unique service from Pudong Airport, airline companies (except American Airlines) and joint inspection units. It offers coordinated-process services, including trolley service, preferential check-in, customs declaration, border checks, security checks, and boarding and taxi service for special passengers, such as unaccompanied seniors over 70, pregnant women and the disabled. Passengers who are flying the day of can consult staff at the information desk. Those who are taking the next day’s flight can dial 96990 to book service for the next day.
3. Booking Hongqiao Airport Preferential Service
Hongqiao Airport Preferential Service bookingis a unique service from the Hongqiao Airport Terminal Area Management Department and Security Check and Guard Department in conjunction with China Eastern, Shanghai Airlines, Beijing AirChina Aviation Service, Spring Airlines, Air China, and China Southern. The service covers both the departure area and the arrival area. It offers coordinated-process services, including trolley service, preferential check-in, customs declaration, border checks, security checks, and boarding and taxi service for special passengers, such as unaccompanied seniors over 70, pregnant women and the disabled. Passengers who are flying the day of can dial 021-22344520 to book the service. Special-Needs Passengers who take the next day’s flight can dial 96990. Passengers should book the service 24 hours before their flight.
