Girl handcuffed to father on train home

A father handcuffed his daughter to himself to prevent the girl from going missing or being abducted on their trip home on Wednesday.

The man, who was waiting to catch a train home at Beijing South Railway Station, said his daughter suffers amblyopia, which made him especially worried about her safety.

To keep her safe, the father said the girl was also equipped with a GPS tracking watch and wore a necklace on which the father's cell phone number was written.
