Thailand's finance minister: Gov't still stable

BANGKOK: Thai government is still stable and there is no reason to dissolve the House of Representatives, Korn Chatikavanij, the Finance Minister, said Thursday.
The finance minister said the government still administrated the country's affairs, including the budget disbursement to finance the government's economic stimulus projects.
Also, the government is confident that there won't be any coup, Korn said.
Hence, the investors should be calm to assess news reports and rumors, the finance minister has warned. ?
The Democrat Party's decision ran counter to other smaller coalition parties, which have agreed to go ahead with the plan to amend some parts of the country's 2007 constitution.
