Police said Friday have been arrested on suspicion of immigration offenses, in addition to the original suspected offenses of forced labor and domestic servitude.
Police say they do not believe they will find other victims. Authorities say the suspects do not appear to be linked to any other group.
Police say the suspects, who were released on bail, have surrendered their passports.
