A California-based company has taken a science fiction design, similar in concept to Star Wars speeder bikes, using helicopter dynamics to lift and propel a motorcycle-sized vehicle across rough terrain. The firm Aerofex has fixed a stability issue by including a control bar at the user's knee level which allows the pilot to better lean and balance the vehicle. [Photo/IC] |
