Ray Adams, a visitor from Britain, said that it is very shocking to see the reality and so many photos in this exhibition offer a sense of every aspect of life from children to the elderly people, from work to their home life. "I feel a lot of admiration for the families, the people who are continuing with their life and I also feel incredibly sad that they have to be so brave to continue," she said.

Another visitor, Yao Weikang, a Chinese freelance photographer, said that the exhibition had changed the way he thinks of Syria, which is a city full of conflicts and tears. "Through her work, I feel the power of life there, no matter how hard life is, people there are trying to continue their way of life. So, thanks for Li Yue's work, she is a brave girl!"

"I hope these photos showing life in the conflict area could encourage more people cherish the present," Li said. "Syria is not my last destination; my next target would be Iraq!"
