Notes注釋
構(gòu)成形容詞最高級，我們在單音節(jié)的形容詞和以-y結(jié)尾的形容詞后面加-est，比如: fast – fastest, pretty? prettiest。
對于其它具有兩個(gè)和兩個(gè)以上音節(jié)的形容詞，我們在形容詞前面放上most這個(gè)詞，比如: intelligent – most intelligent。
請注意，英語中還有幾個(gè)不規(guī)則變化的最高級形容詞，如 ‘good ----- best’ and ‘far---- furthest’。
