The Cross-Straits College Student Leadership Camp opened in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian province ,on Aug 10 as part of the fifth Cross-Straits Youth Festival.
The opening ceremony was held at the Haixia Youth Center, a building complex opened this year that will serve as the festival’s permanent site, with attendance of 168 students.
