Penalties for illegal acts of beating up and hurting a disabled person or minor

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, beating up and intentionally hurting another person are illegal acts in violation of the administration of public security, and shall be penalized by the public security organs in accordance of law. Any person who beats up and hurts a disabled person, pregnant woman, or a person under the age of 14 or over 60, or beats up and hurts another person for several times, shall be imposed on more serious penalties by the public security organs.
