Acts such as gang-fighting and chasing or intercepting another person are acts against administration of public security and the penalties

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who commits any of the following acts shall be imposed on a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days and may, in addition a fine of not more than 500 Yuan; if the circumstances are relatively serious, a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days shall be imposed on and in addition a fine of not more than 1,000 Yuan may be imposed on: (1) gang-fighting; (2) chasing or intercepting another person; (3) forcibly taking and obstinately seizing, or willfully damaging and occupying public or private property; or (4) other provocative acts.
