Penalties for two or more people or a unit jointly committing acts against the administration of public security

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, if two or more people jointly commit acts against the administration of public security, penalties shall be imposed on according to their respective roles in the acts against the administration of public security.

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, where a unit commits an act against the administration of public security, the persons directly in charge and the other persons with direct responsibility shall be penalized in accordance with the provisions of this Law. Where other laws or administrative regulations specify penalty on the unit for the same act, the unit shall be penalized in accordance with those provisions.
